Background

Having witnessed the witch hunt for her father, Wynne kept out of the public eye for most of her youth. She thought of moving abroad, but the family tradition of being patrons of the arts weighed on her conscience. She has a huge distrust of media and public life. She tries to continue the family tradition, but does so as subtlely as possible. She finds the city's official ceremonies appealing. but does most of her good deeds in secret. She is like a female version of Bruce Wayne - without the fighting against crime.
